Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the platform.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding blood donation in Bangladesh.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DIU Blood Bank is a platform that facilitates connections between blood donors and recipients. We do not:

Verify the medical suitability of donors or the authenticity of blood requests

Conduct blood collection, testing, or transfusion procedures

Guarantee the availability of blood donors or the success of blood donation arrangements

•

Take responsibility for any medical complications arising from blood donation or transfusion

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIU Blood Bank and its developers (Backbencher Society) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to medical complications, failed blood donation arrangements, or data breaches.
